Montana: Oral, Pediatric and IV Sedation Dentistry Regulations

Montana Board of Dentistry Rule §24.138.3221(5) requires dentists to complete 16 hours of relevant training, including a clinical component, before providing minimal sedation to dental patients (using an oral sedative with or without nitrous).*

IV Sedation Regulations
