Pebbles the Shih Tzu

Agora Galleries, located in the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, is renowned for its fine art, antiques, estate jewelry, exquisite home décor, accent pieces, and Pebbles, the adorable Shih Tzu who thinks she’s the store’s owner.

Please, if you do visit the gallery, don’t tell Pebbles that actually the artistic showcase is owned and operated by Suzan Kreitzer.

That said, Kreitzer knows that Pebbles is a major attraction for dog-loving conventioneers and other guests at the Hyatt who happen to pass by the gallery and see Pebbles on her doggy ‘throne,’ strategically situated at the store’s entrance, where she simply charms every customer.

In fact, Pebbles is so popular – and generates so many smiles – she even has her own Instagram account, @shitzupebbles, with 104 followers.

Whether visiting a Grand Hyatt in San Diego or enjoying the scenic 17-mile drive in picturesque Pebble Beach, CA., professional WBIS photographers span the globe in search of radiant, life-affirming smiles. You can browse an inspiring gallery of more than 650 WBIS photos here.

Daily on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, the We Believe in Smiles™ campaign posts a fresh portrait of an individual (or individuals) who reminds us all of the magic of a healthy smile.
