Product Description:

Texas InspectionPass is a comprehensive series of easy-to-use drills, detailed checklists and step-by-step instruction that guide sedation dental offices to quickly prepare and pass the state-mandated office inspection for sedation certification in Texas.

The Texas InspectionPass is designed to help offices not just pass—but ace the Texas dental board inspection the first time. Inspections are intended to ensure you comply with the regulations that have been created to foster patient safety.  A bonus to preparing for these inspections is the confidence you and your team gain that your office stands above and beyond the standard of care.

Comprised of instructions following the official Texas Administrative Code Chapter 110 and the Anesthesia Inspection requirements for each level of permitting (Level 2, 3 or 4), The Texas InspectionPass will help you avoid fines and risks to your license.

Also included in this product, are the highest and most comprehensive standards of care from a variety of states.  It goes beyond the requirements.  Texas InspectionPass is not just for sedation inspections, either. It covers everything—even the small, missing items that are less noticeable but could delay your passing grade.

How does Texas InspectionPass work?

Once you have access, follow the seven tabs in their order.  Please allow you and your team two weeks to prepare for an inspection and to make sure you have everything in place.

Even if you pass your inspection, it is important to continue practicing regular drills in your office. Twice a year is standard. There is content included. Your malpractice carrier will appreciate this.

Perhaps most importantly, Texas InspectionPass allows you to go above and beyond the standard of care. Passing an inspection is important but creating an environment in which your patients can enjoy a safe, comfortable dental visit-whether sedated or not-is the most valuable thing you can offer as a clinician. In this respect, InspectionPass is invaluable.

*If you prefer an in-office training session with one of our faculty, before your inspection, please contact a course advisor at 855-227-6505.  Identify yourself as a Texas anesthesia permitted dentist inquiring about in-office training for your inspection.
