Continuum 1. Surgical Extractions. 14 hours plus 8 hours online pre-requisite.  Two instructors. Zoom or in-person. Teeth may look easy but start to be difficult and take too much time. It also covers flaps, sectioning, faster suturing, and avoiding/managing complications. It includes 2 hours on third molars (less than the 3rd molar course), socket grafting, what to do with sinus perforations, how to more precisely use the best instruments, etc. Use life-like models to actually do the things discussed.

3rd Molar Impactions taught by Dr. Dave Roberts in Dallas. Two 3-hour webinars on Wednesday and Thursday nights on Zoom. (Recorded in case you miss one.) Then all day Saturday in-person or Zoom doing 6 impactions on 3 models, discussing cases, case selection... Towards the end, the instructor does live treatment on one or more patients videoed close-up and streaming. Two instructors on Saturday for more personalized instruction.

Continuum 3. Patient Treatment. You easily and inexpensively get a state license and liability insurance. 3 chairs, 3 instructors – personalized instruction treating patients.
