Jim Bovia is a licensed paramedic who has been in the field for more than 25 years and has been teaching life-saving techniques to others for most of that time.
As a member of the DOCS faculty, he’s training thousands of dentists and their teams in critical emergency protocols in a customized presentation that focuses on the issues that are most likely to occur in our field.
Jim and his wife Sarah are part of the team at Life Support Services, Inc., a Michigan based company that teaches medical professionals, firefighters, paramedics and other EMTs a range of emergency service skills including ACLS, PALS, and BLS since 1983.
Jim is also currently serving with Huron Valley Ambulance where he applies his life-saving skills in emergency situations on a regular basis.
