4 CE hours

Dr. Anthony Feck presents this one-hour CE on oral sedation protocols. You may already be doing oral sedation and be required to take a periodic review course.  Even if you aren’t, it’s important to review and be updated on the latest and greatest information on oral sedation dentistry to promote improved knowledge and safety of the patient experience.

Along with the inventions of modern forms of pain relief have come a renewed attention and appreciation for established ones, for example, nitrous oxide and oxygen sedation. This odorless and colorless gas was first used in dentistry in the mid-1800s. As taught by the Dean of DOCS Education’s faculty, Anthony Feck, DMD in this one hour CE lecture, you’ll gain an overview in “Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen Sedation for Adults and Children” of why this tool remains a mainstay of dental and medical practice.

1 CE hour

If you need to renew your pediatric sedation dentistry permit, or just update your training, our 7-hour online course offers a convenient, cost-effective way to accomplish your goals. Either our PSD course (25 hours) or a pediatric residency are a pre-requisite to taking this online course. It is worth 7 CE hours.
