This Light Sedation online course qualifies for New Hampshire’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 14 hours of CE credit that is automatically issued with a digital certificate upon successful completion of 8 didactic hours, 6 clinical hours, and a minimum exam score of 75% .

14 CE hours

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for Rhode Island’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 20 hours of CE credit that is issued upon successful completion of the didactic portion with a minimum exam score of 75% and completion of the live patient form. 20 CE hours

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for Wisconsin’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 8 hours of CE credit that is issued upon successful completion of the didactic portion with a minimum exam score of 75% and completion of the live patient form. 8 CE hours

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for Louisiana’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 16.5 hours of CE credit that is automatically issued with a digital certificate upon successful completion and a minimum exam score of 75%. A link to the application required by the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry to be certified is included in the course content.

16.5 CE hours

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for Virginia’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 8 hours of CE credit that is automatically issued with a digital certificate upon successful completion and a minimum exam score of 75%. A link to the application required by the Virginia Board of Dentistry to be certified is included in the course content.

8 CE hours

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for Ohio’s nitrous oxide administration and monitoring requirements* for hygienists and dental assistants. It provides 6 hours of CE credit that is issued upon successful completion of the didactic portion with a minimum exam score of 75% and completion of the live patient form.

It includes four (4) hours of online didactic education and instructions for acquiring hands-on training with three (3) patients, under the supervision of a licensed dentist. The combination of didactic training and patient experience with dentist supervision allows the student to learn on their own schedule, with no travel required. Upon completion, the dental assistant or hygienist should retain a copy of both as evidence of completion of the Ohio requirements to administer N2O.
