Oregon Health & Science University and DOCS Education have affiliated to offer this unique and time-saving IV Sedation Certification course. This course includes 50 hours of home-based didactic instruction and 40 hours at the clinical session, plus a minimum 20 live-patient experiences required by the ADA guidelines and most state dental boards. Upon completion of this innovative program, you’ll have the knowledge, clinical skills, and permit to properly select and safely administer effective parenteral (IV) and enteral (oral) minimal and moderate sedation in an outpatient dental setting.
