You want to provide your patients with the safest, most-advanced, comprehensive care available. If your state requires you to obtain a permit to offer minimal sedation or moderate enteral sedation, you must meet your state’s oral sedation recertification qualifications. This class fulfills 8 CE credit hours and completely updates and refreshes attendees on the pharmacology and proven DOCS Education oral sedation protocols that you must have to keep your patients safe. You'll have 4 hours of online pre-course study followed by 4 hours live training, either by our Interactive (((Live))) Streaming platform on Saturday afternoon or in-person at one of our live events on Saturday morning. 8 CE hours.

While medical emergencies are relatively rare in dentistry, statistics show that you will experience two or more incidents in your practice throughout your career. Therefore, being able to respond to such emergencies with knowledge and confidence is an essential skill for every dental professional and components of an emergency response dental team. 

This licensure renewal training will be presented by three esteemed DOCS faculty members: Dr. Steve Yun, a board-certified M.D. and Dental Anesthesiologist in Southern California; Dr. Jerry Wellbrock, a seasoned clinician with over 30 years of experience and Jim Bovia, Paramedic, who is also the instructor for DOCS’ ACLS certification training.
