6 CE hours

Typically, the first contact a current or potential patient has with your practice is with the person who answers the phone. Make sure your front office staff is prepared to make a positive first impression.

You will have access to this two-hour CE course for one year after purchase.

1.25 CE hours

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for New Jersey’s nitrous oxide administration and monitoring requirements* for dental hygienists and assistants. It provides 15 hours of CE credit (8 hours didactic; 7 hours clinical; 10 patient experiences) that is issued with a digital certificate upon successful completion and a minimum exam score of 75%, and the 10 patient experiences.

15 CE hours

When a medical emergency occurs in the dental office, dentists and their teams need to think fast and undertake lifesaving actions in order to improve a patient’s chances for a successful outcome. Presented in conjunction with the Washington AGD, this course will thoroughly review the 12 emergency scenarios and provide documentation for you and your team to conduct future in-office trainings yourself. This Light Sedation online course qualifies for South Dakota’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 15 hours of CE credit that is issued upon successful completion of the didactic portion with a minimum exam score of 75% and completion of the live patient form.
