Presented by DOCS Education with Dr. Anthony Feck, Dr. Leslie Fang, and Jim Bovia, EMT-P, this comprehensive course will teach qualified dental assistants the techniques of N2O monitoring, enabling them to safely maximize patient comfort and increase the practice’s productivity.

Therefore, being able to respond to such emergencies with knowledge and confidence is an essential skill for every dental professional and components of an emergency response dental team. 

This licensure renewal training will be presented by three esteemed DOCS faculty members: Dr. Steve Yun, a board-certified M.D. and Dental Anesthesiologist in Southern California; Dr. Jerry Wellbrock, a seasoned clinician with over 30 years of experience and Jim Bovia, Paramedic, who is also the instructor for DOCS’ ACLS certification training.

This Light Sedation online course qualifies for Wisconsin’s nitrous oxide administration requirements*. It provides 8 hours of CE credit that is issued upon successful completion of the didactic portion with a minimum exam score of 75% and completion of the live patient form. It provides 8 hours of CE credit that is automatically issued with a digital certificate upon successful completion and a minimum exam score of 75%. A link to the application required by the Virginia Board of Dentistry to be certified is included in the course content.
